Sadly, I couldn't quite reach a point directly in front of it - I took this from the opposite bank, and most of the Grand Canal doesn't have canal-side paths.Joelhttps://pearlandqueen.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7125850813490740718.post-61094562166360323302016-02-19T15:25:31.714+00:002016-02-19T15:25:31.714+00:00@Joel

That region was ruled by the Venetian Republic for over 400 years.

The medieval Scaliger castle has large crenellated walls and towers. The entire structure is surrounded by water. There is a walkway along the wall from where the striking dock can be admired.

I will try to see it in person this year, hopefully!

Sincerely: Tamas Feher from Hungary.Tamáshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02012640144696750753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7125850813490740718.post-51915764312319829502012-05-02T04:42:18.591+01:002012-05-02T04:42:18.591+01:00Because I'm a big fan of Aria, I also ask myse...Because I'm a big fan of Aria, I also ask myself were ARIA Company could be an fond this web site.
